Laura Cina, Partner
An experienced leader with more than 15 years in renewable energy and education, Laura excels in project management and
public affairs. She successfully led educational initiatives, such as The Renewable Energy Guide for Schools program, and
played a pivotal role in securing multi-million dollar grants for numerous organizations in the renewable energy space.
Additionally, Laura contributed to educating high school students on green technology at MIGIZI and led various
residential and commercial solar installations at IPS Solar.
John Hernandez, Partner
John mentored and led the onboarding and
training of 10 technical sales engineers and Energy
Analysts in India, and 10 Account Executives, Sales
Associates, and Sales Directors in the U.S. for
Stem. He played a key role in executing $440M in
Purchase Orders by providing solution design,
pricing, and market revenue analysis for energy
storage, solar, and EVSE solutions, highlighting
strategic sales execution capabilities and
renewable energy expertise. He received his BS in Applied Economics with Sustainable Development studies from the University of Minnesota.
Zach Einterz, Advisor
With over a decade of data-driven marketing
experience, including managerial roles, Zach has
demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and
driving results in dynamic, high-growth
environments. As the Head of Product Marketing
for Stem's Behind-the-Meter division, he was
instrumental in developing and launching solar,
storage, and EV solutions for the C&I market, driving
innovation and enterprise adoption. He earned his MBA from Yale School of Management.

A seasoned leader in renewable energy and business development, Ethan has over two decades of experience managing complex
projects and innovative teams. As Program and Development Manager at Empower Resiliency, he launched Xcel Energy's first
Resiliency as a Service, focusing on energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. His strategic leadership is
evidenced in roles at 3M and various market development initiatives. His negotiation skills and ability to drive
business growth highlight his impact on the energy sector. He earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
